The staff we super helpful, always available to assist, it.

It wasn't inexpensive but still manageable for what I received.

I booked functional and nicely refurbished room with a nice view, the same temperature of over 26oC: )

The setting was very very poor.

my room was nicely refurbished and had central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television. the breakfast was nice hot and in such a comfy restaurant. as for me, the location was fantastic, near a trainstation with a train directly going to rome, the public areas and train links straight into rome. the staff were efficient and particularly helpful too.

Beautiful outdoor pool area with fine views.

I found the shower drainage inadequate. Water spilled over. The lack of toiletries and the hard mattress.

The staff were particularly helpful and the food was extremely good. The view from our room and the verandah was striking.

Coffee machines in the breakfast room rather than proper coffee.

The staff was very friendly, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast good.

The pool was lovely, but my room lacked natural light.

The Hotel is recently refurbished so all the facilities are almost perfect. The staff is polite, competent, friendly and helpful.

A minor point: the rooms tend to be a bit hot, probably the new heating system requires some adjustment

Modern, clean, quiet, quite near from Frascati Center, free shuttle.

The guest room was cheap, it included a laptop-size safe, a minibar and central heating. There was good hot breakfasts with a magnificent view and fine local wines, for example. The location was absolutely perfect, very close to the main square, amazing restaurants and wine, plus train links straight into Rome, and Frascati centre.

Sadly, but there was hair in some areas.

The location, room had good see view, nice terasse or balcony.

The rooms do need some refurbishment, though they are clean and functional, they look old , out of fashion.

The staff were friendly, always quick to assist with any questions. I appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities, especially the lovely pool area with fine views of the surrounding landscape.

Breakfast options need improvement.

the structure of the hotel is complex not that easy to find where the room is and not easy to remember.
